AIAM training activities
The Italian Association of AgroMeteorology often organizes training courses, workshops, seminars and other activities on topics of interest to agrometeorologists.
In recent years, the AIAM has expanded its training proposals, focusing its attention on agro-meteorological modeling and the fundamentals of programming and, thanks to the collaboration with the CRA-CMA, different training courses have been activated.
Among the recent activities the following courses have been organized:

- In April 2012 in Turin, the first edition of the course was organized by AIAM and the Societa’ Meteorologica Italiana, in collaboration with the Piedmont Region, ARPA-Piedmont and the University of Turin:
“ELEMENTS OF DYNAMIC AND FORECAST METEOROLOGY WITH APPLICATIONS IN AGRICULTURE”

- In February 2010, the Italian Association of Agro-Meteorology and the Societa’ Italiana di Agronomia, in collaboration with the Piedmont Region, organized the first edition of the course:
“BASIC ELEMENTS OF AGROMETEOROLOGICAL MODELING AND CULTURAL SYSTEMS”
