Every year the Italian Association of Agrometeorology organizes a conference in which the most topical agrometeorological research issues and applications are discussed.
Over the years, this event has become a highly anticipated meeting for the Italian agrometeorological community.
28th Conference AIAM 2026
Agrometeorology for a Sustainable and Competitive Transition
will be held in Florence on June 17, 18, and 19, 2026.

Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental, and Forestry Sciences and Technologies – DAGRI, Piazzale delle Cascine 18, 50144, Florence
The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Accademia dei Georgofili, aims to discuss the role of agrometeorology in agricultural innovation, sustainable resource management, and adaptation to climate change.

DEADLINES
March 13, 2026 – Submission of paper title and abstract (online form)
April 15, 2026 – Notification of acceptance of paper and submission instructions to authors
April 30, 2026 – Submission of extended abstract
May 15, 2026 – Submission of final program
May 20, 2026 – Final registration
Authors are invited to submit an article or technical note for publication in the Italian Journal of Agrometeorology (IF 1.6).
REGISTRATION FEES
– €140 for AIAM members
– €200 (including VAT) for non-AIAM members
– €80 for non-tenured AIAM members (PhD students, scholarship holders)
– €100 (including VAT) for non-tenured non-AIAM members (PhD students, scholarship holders)
