XXVI National Conference of Agro-meteorology

Every year the Italian Association of Agro-meteorology organizes a conference in which the most topical agro-meteorological research issues and applications are discussed.
Over the years, this event has become a highly anticipated meeting for the Italian agro-meteorological community.
The XXVI edition of the AIAM Conference will be held in L’Aquila on the days of
05 – 06 – 07 June 2024
Location:University of L’Aquila, at the “Luigi Zordan” Congress Center
– Piazza S. Basilio 67100, L’Aquila
Within the title:
“Innovative approaches to support agricultural production in an evolving climate context”
1st SESSION: Prediction and management of biotic and abiotic adversities in agriculture.
2nd SESSION: Innovative methods for estimating water needs and irrigation management.
3rd SESSION: Agrometeorological tools and models to support the “twin transition” in agriculture.
DEADLINE
– By 20/03/2024 Pre-registration and submission of titles and summaries in Italian or English (10 lines) of communications (form on line)
– By 15/04/2024 extended abstract containing title, authors and their address, objectives and main results obtained (using the following model, link).
– By 10/05/2024 final scientific program.
– By 14/05/2024 Final registration ( form on line )
Authors are invited to propose an article or technical note to be published in the Italian Journal of Agrometeorology (IF 1.2).
REGISTRATION FEES
– €160,00 registration for the online Conference and to the AIAM Association for 2024, including the Conference Proceedings and the annual subscription to the Journal of Agro-meteorology.
– € 80,00 registration for the Conference for AIAM members already in good standing for 2024.
– € 50,00 registration for university students (does not include annual subscription to the Italian Journal of Agrometeorology.
The payment of the membership fee can be made:
